I already email to efiling@incometaxindia.gov.in or efiling.administrator@incometaxindia.gov.in regarding password recovery help but as such no reply from them.

In the login option at the website https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/login.do,click on the forgot password option and enter your PAN.This works as I have done this recently.
