27 July 2011 Dear Sir i have a client who have forgot ur efilling user id & password, he also forgot his secret question answer. I contact aykar sampark kendra, gudgon. There were he say that ur password has sent on ur mail id within 24 hours but there were no result. What can i do?

27 July 2011 Ask them again to send the password. It may happen that the email id registered with the department is different. Ask them to send on some different email id.
