I have gst username but don't know password
even the mobile no. and email id is don't of mine.
what can I do because I cannot take otp from given email and password

Other then the above till date there is no other option to reset the psswd. U may consult the helpline number once, they may reset your password after knowing some basic information.

can you tell me how ca decides their client password and if they use same password of all clients or it is derived from username! urgent reply needed

please go through the link click on "log in to e filing" and check by yourself if you can opt for upload DSC option (if you have DSC with you....normally this is with CA) OR "using Aadhar OTP" if your mobile is linked with your Aadhar
If you dont have anything..... write an e mail to efilingwebmanager@incometax.gov.in explaining your case. Your need to have a confident approach while writing this e mail. The reader should feel that you are aggrieved by the mischief of CA......ok? All the best.
