You first tell us in which state you intend to Register this Partnership Deed/Firm.

It is a state level subject and not uniform like I Tax.

17 January 2013 agree with V bajaj.. the list differes for each state...
generally these documents are must :
1. Partnership Deed
2. PAN Card of Partners/firm
3. Details and documents of partners
4. Proof of Address for firm
