16 May 2011 I want to start my Practice as a CA. Now I am confused that weather become a partner in well established CA firm or start my own firm.
I am a fresher.

16 May 2011 get employed at some good firm for few years, then decide with experience in hand.

16 May 2011 if you have a practical knowledge then it is batter to go for own firm.
if you become partner in established CA firm then you have not your own identity. for long term prospective it is not good.

if you start own firm then you can face difficulties for initial 2 to 3 years but after that you will establish and you are able to creat own identity.

No Risk No Gain.
decision aap ke haath me hey.

16 May 2011 Ravi Sir,
I am thinking to associate with a CA firm and also start my own firm. Initially I don't have lot of work so If i give 1 day in a week to my own firm than it will enough and in CA firm I can learn work simultaneously.

Please suggest.....

16 May 2011 nice thought, but disclose with your CA associate about your own practice to avoid further litigations in future.
