13 October 2014 1) Is partnership deed compulsory required to be registered?

2) If new Partnership is formed, Is it required to be initimated to AO?

3) Original deed does not have interest clause, how can it be added, and is it required to be informed to AO?

14 October 2014 1. registration is not compulsory but advisable.

2. you just need to take a new PAN.

3. you need to amend the partnership deed. The amended deed may be submitted to AO during assessment
