If a partnership firm admited a new partner then psr is also changed - therefore is there any provision presently available in income tax to intimate the present changed situation to the Income tax department.

20 September 2012 Yes, as per sect. 184(2)certified copy was required to accompany return.

But rule 12(2)provides that the return of income shall not be accompanied by any document,.....under any of the provision of Act.
