PARTNERSHIP FIRM HAVING TWO PARTNERS WANT TO RETIRE ONE PARTNER AND ADMIT NEW PARTNER W.E.F.1.4.2010. WHEHER SAME MAY BE DONE IN SAME NEW PARTNERSHIP DEED. IF YES GIVE FORMAT OF SAME

It will not be a new partnership deed. It can be done by a 'Retirement Cum Partnership Deed' giveing reference of the old partnership deed.
