Hello, can i make partnership deed in stamp paper in kolkata and notarised in kolkata, where firm and all partners is situated in Raipur? Plz answer

There is no such restriction to enter make the partnership deed in another state of India. But, you need to register the firm with the Registrar of Firm, Chatisgarh only.
