I would like to know that, why partnership deed usually drafted on stamp value of 750/-.
Please advise me.

01 May 2012 It is not always drafted on the stamp value of Rs. 750. The value of stamp duty depends upon the capital of the company. The Stamp Duty shall be 1% of the Initial capital of the company subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000.00
