Can a CA in practice enter into a partnership with member of other professional body like ICSI,ICWAI,Bar Council of India... Clarify me both in the light of First Schedule PArt1,Clause4 and Section 2 (Latest amended)of CA ACT

Yes it is permitted for member of ICAI to form partnership with members of ICSI,ICWAI, etc. In fact ICAI is encouraging such multi disciplinary firms.
