18 February 2011 Hi all,

Can any one tell me that whether a partnership firm can become a member by acquiring shares in a pvt ltd company?

18 February 2011 A Company cannot tranfer shares in the name of Partnership firm. The shares will ne transferred in the name of any one Partner
