10 December 2009 Can we form more than one partnership firm with same partners.

If the business activity are different, then can it be possible to have different firms with same partners.

Since the business activities are different, for every different activity, you can have a seperate partnership firm.

10 December 2009 In income tax act, partnership firms are separate entity for taxation purpose.

An individual can also open more proprietory concern; but at the time of filing of Return; all the rsults will be merged.
