Part time accounting work comes under 194J or 194C ?

OTHER CASE IT WILL COVERED U/S 194C.

09 July 2012 It should be deducted u/s 194J ( Fees for Professional or technical services). If however the Accountant is working on part time basis as an employee then it should u/s 192

12 June 2013 it depend on co. or firm if you take accounttant on roll then you take as salary

otherwise deducted u/s 194 J @ 10% over Rs. 30000/- in a year to a person
