06 March 2011 Is it compulsory to mention PAN number of partner who is signing the return, in case of partnership Firm. Return got uploaded without mentioning the PAN Number.

06 March 2011 It is required to be furnished, but I do not think that there will be any problem in this case as the department mainly requires the PAN No. of Firm, i.e. of the assessee.
