One of my client has lost his PAN Card. Actually it was wrongly delivered to some person. And he also do not know is PAN no.What would be solution now for reissue of PAN no.

First decide that PAN lost or wrongly delivered?
You can get your PAN from tracking status of your PAN application from TIN - NSDL site and take print out the same for PAN proof and then apply for change in PAN card form.
