Go to https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp and select challan 280. There fill in the details of PAN and all other mandatory items and proceed to pay. After this is done, it will show you the name as per PAN records. Enter the same name for GST.
