dear sir, one assessee is running a business in huf. but the pan no. allotted to him is as a firm. and he is liable to audited in u/s 44ab. so how he will file return. and in which form he is fill return

I think you must check thoroughly whether the asessee status is HUF or Firm. If HUF then ITR IV only n you can file return through e-filing.
