I have a client,for him when i'm trying to login his PAN in the income tax website it is saying that Incorrect user ID.Then i tried for forget password option then it is saying that User Id doesn't Exist. I even tried for new Registration then it is saying that "you have submitted the registration form more than once.you will receive an activation link within 2 hrs" But i don't have received even within 2 days. I have tried so many time but no use i event sent a query to the Income tax department then They gave the new password. But this also no use same thing repeated incorrect user Id. Please any one help me in Login to Website as Due date is fastly approaching.
