Dear Sir,
One new client had come to us for ITR filing.
For password reset he has given 2013-14 ITR and bank account number.If I click forgot password it is showing Invalid user I'd .If I click Register option it showing the PAN has been already registered.
Can any body come across this problem ?
Please tell me alternate solution .I have gone to tax cloud no use.

First of all make sure that the PAN is correct. Try forget password option with correct PAN. If even then it is showing invalid user ID then contact at helpdesk no for efiling available at www.incometaxindiaefiling.com
