1)HOW to make PAN for a MINOR and what are the documents to be attached 2) The documents need to be signed by the Minor or Father Pls reply
As far as your query concerns,You have to file Form No 49A,in which you should attach docs,like minor's birth certificate,lightbill copy as well as father's Driving licence copy along with 2 photograph of minor.
But Most important matter,signature should be made by Father/Mother/Guardian.
