PAN DETAILS NOT MATCHING WITH DATABASE

02 April 2021 To verify my PAN details through the e-filing site, I have entered my name as shown in the PAN details in my profile account on the site. But the error message, PAN is active but details not matching with the database is popup every time. Because of this, I can't change the authorised signatory on the GST portal. Please tell me how I can find, in which order the name is entered in the database.

03 April 2021 LOGIN TO INCOME TAX PORTAL, CHECK MY PROFILE AND THERE YOU FIND THE ACTUAL NAME IN DATABASE.

04 April 2021 try to fill challan 280 and you can find name as per PAN records


04 April 2021 Thank you for your quick reply.
My name is recorded in 'My Profile' at the Income Tax portal is as follows
KAITHARATH VARGHESE ANTONY
And the date of birth is recorded as 24/05/1955
I correctly entered the required details in the 'Verify Your PAN Details' link. But still the message, 'PAN is Active and the details are matching with PAN database' is pop up.
Please inform me, is there any email address of income tax officials whom I can contact to know, how my name is entered in the Income Tax database.

07 April 2021 if you want to speak with anyone you can contact your PAN authority NSDL OR UTITSL what ever it may be, but i dont think it is of any use.

you just see name as per PAN records using challan 280 and use name as per it and your issue will be solved
