What about the Assets lies in the last Balance Sheet? How to Transfer in Legal heir

09 February 2010 Write A Letter to NSDL & Submitt It With Original PAN Card Copy. for Cancellation of PAN.

if there is will then asset is transfered according to will.

in absence of will...n then asset transfered to legal heir.

suppose asset transfered

then entry in transfreee book
asset a/c dr.
to legacy (capital account.
