Dear Experts,
One of Our Client filed his ROI at Some where and that Person Register Our Clients Pan Card with Site, He doesn't know his USER ID and PASSWORD with Income-Tax Site,
1.he Doesn't Keep his E-filing Acknowledgement,
2.he Doesn't Answer to Secret Question,
Any Way is Open To Recover his Account, with out knew above Details

The user ID is PAN Number of the client.
And to recover password you required any one of the following details
1) Answer to a secret question
2) Digital signature
3) E-filing acknowledgement number and bank account number in that return
Note : If you're not able to reset the password with any of the three options above, please send an email to - validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
PAN
PAN holder's Name
Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation
Father's Name
Registered PAN address
On successful validation, the password will be sent to your Registered Email.
Previously i.e atleast 15 days back if you don't have the details then if you mailed the above details from any mail id then the password shall be sent to the email send id but now it send to the registered email id only.
So now you didn't have any way to recover the password and the only one way is asking of the person who filed or registered the pan previously. Say to the client get such password from them.

it means that E-mail have been sent by Dept. to registered E-mail Id

It will be sent to that email id which is registered during the initial reg with the dept.

Presently It's not Available with me, What i have to do? and one More thing sir, Is there any Chance to Collect Previously filed ITR-V from Department...

If you dont have the email id meet the concerned AO and resolve the matter.

mention new email id in which you want to get password and write in the mail that your registered email is block
it will tank 48-72 hrs to get processed your request
