I HAD APPLIED FOR MY MOTHER'S CARD FROM UTISL WEBSITE. I HAD TICKED AADHAR CARD AS PROOF OF ADDRESS, IDENTITY AND DATE OF BIRTH AND SEND THE COPY OF THE SAME. BUT APPLICATION IS WITHHELD DUE TO INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS.
I HAD TICKED AADHAR CARD AND SEND THE SAME THEN WHAT COULD BE THE PROBABLE REASON FOR THE SAME????
