29 June 2012 you have to file CORRECTION FORM 49A to NSDL OR UTI.

attach date of birth cerificate self attested.

make a right tick in form whatever u make changes.

if date of birth cerificate is not available then written confirmation from class I Gazzatted officer will be considered
