19 July 2009 you have paid service tax on that bill. you cant take cenvat credit. call to party and collect pan no. of party.

19 July 2009 OK, I know that we can call the party and get the PAN based Service Tax.

But, the party do not have PAN based Service Tax no, then what we should do.

He has service tax no, as per old system.
