Association will received fees from every businessmen for their service

IF a business association is run by a trust and it is registered along with trust deed then it will be TRUST and you have to apply for PAN of Trust,
If a Business Association is created for a time being and not for long time period, then it will be BOI and you have to apply for PAN OF BOI
If above cases are not satisfied then It will be registered as a AOP.
