01 August 2011 * First of all, PAN application may get rejected.

* in case its approved, you may not get your PAN card via courier/post.

* in case you got the card, you may not get future correspondence from IT department.

*Most important, you may be penalized by department for wrong information (However, department is not taking it hard rule but sometimes for personal reasons they surely do this)
