16 October 2010 ONE OF MY RELATIVE HAS LOST HIS PAN CARD , BUT HE KNOWS HIS PAN NUMBER BUT HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENTS NOT EVEN A XEROX COPY OF PAN CARD.

MY QUESTION IS CAN WE FILL A NEW PAN APPLICATION FORM, OR WHAT SHOULD WE DO IN THIS CASE?

16 October 2010 u should visit to the dit official website
and go the pan status link and filled pan no and father's name and date of birth and take the prin out of that page and fill form no. 49 b and sent to the nsdl u will gen duplicate pan card of tha no.
