No but can you get the details of PAN holder like firstname & surname using his PAN.
Just click on this link https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/PopServlet?rKey=-544874749 fill the details mention any name, then click on proceed. It will give the name of the pan card holder.
