26 November 2012 If i m applying for PAN and the DATE OF BIRTH required document is wrong and i want it to be correct in my PAN card....which form shuld i subbmit??

In case of Individual date of Birth mentioned in High School Mark sheet of the applicant will be sufficient.

In case of Company date of Incorporation will be date of Birth of the Company.

26 November 2012 First you have to correct your DOB document from where it was issued, then apply for PAN.
