SIR
in the last year from july-17 to march-18, we paid rcm in cgst or sgst insted of igst on freight inward, now what i do?
please help me and give me soluation.

Sir,
In my humble opinion you should firstly deposit the correct tax and apply for refund of the tax wrongly paid . With respect to tax wrongly paid, no interest is required to be paid in accordance with provisions of IGST Act.
