We are a manufacturer of Polythene bags & sheets (LDPE,HDPE,Polypropylene). As per 37th meeting of GST council reduced GST rate for some packing materials. The following line is taken from 37th GST council meeting press release. "A uniform GST rate of 12% on Polypropylene/Polyethylene Woven and Non- Woven Bags and sacks, whether or not laminated, of a kind used for packing of goods (from present rates of 5%/12%/18%)" HSN Code of Our Products are : 3923, 3921. Please inform the new GST rate for the above HSN code products.
