28 June 2010 the employee of roatated shift not coming in his regular shift and comes in next shift on requirement of company then can it be consider as overtime?

30 June 2010 In my view, it cannot be considered as overtime. It is only shift change. If he works in addition to the first shift, then it would be overtime.
