Other option to waiver lut bond

25 September 2017 My company is asking to submit LUT bond with Bank Gaurantee as I am working in SEZ unit on hourly basis.... On the end of the month I raise invoice for my working hours...
Is there any other option to avoid LUT Bond and Bank gaurantee....
Can I charge IGST on my invoice and then collected IGST , I will submit to government through my GSTN no....
Is this option will work...

26 September 2017 You should not charge igst from SEZ unit but pay IGST to government and after payment of tax and filing gstr - 1 & 3 claim refund of such igst paid in form rfd 01
