25 April 2015 I have received this mail please let me know what it means is anything serious about it .

Subject: Status of your ITR filed with CPC for PAN .................... Assessment Year 2013-14
Ref: - E-Filing Acknowledgement Number ................ Dated 27-09-2013

Your return for the above mentioned assessment year will henceforth be rectified by your Assessing Officer
............. You are requested to contact your Jurisdictional assessing officer for any rectification related issues.
You may also log on to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and click on "Know your Jurisdictional AO" under
"SERVICES" menu for further details.


Thanks sir But why i have received this type of mail i have not applied for any rectification . Or have i pressed any thing wrong in my income tax login portal as i remember last year i submitted request as i was not getting refund is this due to that only even though i have got my refund now . please let me know thanks



26 April 2015 There is nothing serious. The AO will sort out your matter after getting the relevant information. Go ahead without any hesitation.
