Order letter for condonation of delay u/s 141

11 November 2013 Sir,

I filed form 61 & form 24AAA which were got approved on 28.10.2013.

NOw from where i have to collect order passed by RD as i have to file from 21.

RD office is saying that you will collect it in company's registered address but i did not recieved it yet.

11 November 2013 Yes, you will received the copy of order in physical and there after submit it with ROC in Form 21.

Contact your regional post office for the same.
