gud afternun to all experts present. .I need to confirm this in the topic of linear programmming in operation research subject of CA final , artifical variable concept there or it is not there in the syllabus?? however i have checked in jan 2013 edition of study material,it is there,,, waiting for reply soon

Yes,Himanshi there are few questions on artificial variable,in 99% question focus is on slack variable.But do not leave it,within my knowledge there is no notification by ICAI excluding this topic
