Dear, We have a company which deals in agricultural products in delhi we want to open 4 units under the same company for different purpose like one unit is for seeds, one for fertilizer etc. i want to know that we have to obtain diferrent TIN numbers from sales tax depart or only one TIN of company is sufficient

IF THE COMPANY NAME IS SAME AND YOU ARE OPENING THE 4 UNITS WITHIN THE STATES THEN ONE REGISTRATION IS ENOUGH JUST YOU HAVE AMEND THE SALES TAX REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE BY ADDING THE ADDITIONAL PLACES OF BUSINESS.
