I am a accountant and provide accounting services to few of my clients.
I have recently (1 month) started these service and has not registerd my firm till now.
My purpose to open bank account to collect payments from clients and not to register the firm or under any act such as service tax untill I come under any laws.
1. Income tax law - Till I am under tax excempt limit, I need not to apply pan else I need to file yearly return. 2. Service Tax law - Till I am under exempt taxable turn over limit, I need not to register for service tax. 3. What I tried is registration of SSI but they asking bribe to register the firm and at this moment of time I could not afford it for this new start-up. 4. Labour law have official Rs. 250 minimum fee + Bribe, if they ask for.
What are other ways and possibly cheapest way to open bank account for collecting amount from client into bank?
