Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Pavan Kumar k. I completed B.com and Pursuing CA-IPCC.Now my question is,If i want to open office for Tax and Accounting consultant,Is it necessary to take certificate from IT department? Kindly help me for sending the procedure. My ID: pavan.kurudi@gmail.com.

No permission or tax certificate is needed for starting accounting and tax consultancy from Income Tax department.
