AS the salary is above threshold limit for TDS, so the tds have been applied and form 16 was in hand,
produce the form 16 to department as it may have NIL tax liability, so the department would not insist to file the return admitting the values in form 16
however if income from other sources are there, then u have to look into the same and then pray for permission to submit belated return.
