Online registration for it return

During on line registration of income tax department I had been filled up the wrong email id that's why i did not get the confirmation letter for that i am not able to log in so what should i do in this situation.Please help me

28 July 2011 Wait for a week. After that when you will try to log in again then it will again ask you to give an alternate e mail ID.
