01 December 2011 If you are finally posted this form you can’t rectify information. I think this form is for service received from foreign country.

01 December 2011 Yuvraj, You are correct. You cannot rectify once submitted.
This certificate is required for making remittances out of India.

01 December 2011 Not just restricted to services. Any remittances other than import payment requires this certificate.
