My friend has applied for IPCC nov 2011 through online application form. we have two queries sir/Madam, 1) In that application page icai has mentioned that printout of online application should not be folded but my friend by mistake she folded the form and submitted in a small cover. 2) ICAI didnt mentioned that along with application form we should enclose ITT & Orientaion certificate copy. Whether any requirement is there to enclose those ITT & Orientation certificate copies. It will create any problems for issuing the admit card. please kindly give reply as soon as possible.
