08 April 2014 New companies act 2013, whether applicable from 1.4.14 fully?

What is the procedure to convert pvt ltd company into One Person Company?

Can women form one person company?

09 April 2014 The Companies Act, 2014 is not yet fully notified but quite substantially. Please refer MCA website for the notified sections.

Also for conversion of a pvt ltd company into OPC, refer Rule 7 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.

Also, a woman may form OPC
