On sales above 1.5 cr on form-h , do mfr to reg in excise ?

Respected Sirs,
We started a new trading proprietorship firm recently for export only & started buying against form H from a manufacturer who already doing maximum export & not registered in Excise.
If our purchase go above 1.5 cr , will manufacturer to be registered in Excise ?
If yes , will Excise duty be applicable on our purchases against form H ?
Please guide.

If domestic manufacturing sale is more than 1.5cr then you need to registered with excise and need to pay duty.

Thanks Sir .. SO sales against form H will not be counted in domestic sales i.e. any one can do unlimited sales against form H & will not be required to register in Excise ?? PLEASE CONFIRM

No need to registered with central excise.
