what is the reporting requirements under companies act for stock mare than 12 month old?

There is no reporting requirement under the Companies Act. As per AS2 The financial statement should disclose a. The accounting policy adopted in measuring inventories, including the cost formula used; and b. total carrying amount of inventories and its classification appropriate to the enterprise.
