In other Document you can say Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, and any other document authorized by the Board by resolution in the BOD meeting
But can you tell me are there any compulsory documents to be signed by MD if there is a MD in company?? like Directors Report..
and also can you tell me is it necessary that all notices of minutes and all resolutions to be signed by MD?? what about signing of minutes and chaiman of the Meetings??
